Pure Block Management provides block management services for two residential complexes developed by Lakeland Central in Hull’s historic city centre.
The developments, in George Street – an award-winning 2009 restoration – and Grimston Street, are conversions of listed buildings and are home to 10 and 11 apartments respectively.
As well as dealing with day-to-day repairs and maintenance, the team at Pure takes care of financial, legal and compliance matters for both properties.
