First established in 1996 as part of Garness Jones, we quickly established our portfolio and have continued to expand as the market has developed.

We now manage prominent buildings including Queens Court in Hull, Raywell House in the East Riding and Hull’s expanding Fruit Market residential scheme.

    I have been an owner of a leasehold property for eleven years and a director of the freehold management company for the estate for the last six years. During that time there have been some big challenges presented to our managing agents, our building is both Grade II listed and Georgian.
